Fileloom.com is a free file-hosting service that allows users to upload files and earn rewards based on downloads. By using our service, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. User Responsibilities
- Account Information: Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration. False information or use of fraudulent methods may lead to account suspension.
- Content Ownership and Liability: Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. Fileloom.com does not claim ownership of any uploaded files, and users agree to assume full responsibility for the legality of their content.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
- Copyrighted and Inappropriate Content: Fileloom prohibits the upload of copyrighted materials, adult content, or any content that violates the law. Accounts found in violation will be terminated, and content will be removed.
- Traffic Sources and Downloads: Only legitimate traffic is allowed. Fileloom will not pay for downloads generated from proxies, VPNs, or any automated sources. Users may be asked to provide proof of traffic source. Failure to comply may result in account suspension without payout.
- Prohibited Downloads: Downloads generated using ad blockers, bots, or any form of automated traffic are not credited toward rewards.
3. Reward Program
- Earnings Requirements: Users can earn rewards based on file downloads by unique IP addresses from high-tier countries. Files below 5KB and downloads that do not complete at least 90% are not eligible for rewards.
- Modification Rights: Fileloom reserves the right to modify the reward program, payout dates, and eligibility criteria without prior notice.
4. Account Suspension and Termination
- Grounds for Ban: Accounts that violate the platform's guidelines (e.g., fraudulent traffic, prohibited content, or misleading revenue tactics) may be banned permanently without payment.
- File Deletion Policy: Files with no downloads for over 30 days may be deleted. Users can manually delete their files anytime.
5. Liability Limitation
- Fileloom.com will not be held liable for loss of data, earnings, or damages resulting from the suspension or deletion of an account in violation of these terms.
